I also reached out on IG as this happened on my phone and I wasn't near my computer. Now that I am near a computer I found the email on the Contact Us page. I set up an account and I used a code a friend gave me for immediate approval on Tuesday I used the app with no problems for a day or two. I opened the app again today and it asked me for my phone number again and sent me a login code. The app then proceeded to prompt me to re-create my account. I was approved a bit ago, but now I'm stuck at the approved screen. I also have a text message showing I was approved and then after that my application was received after. I am now in the situation where I cannot get out of the account set up wizard. I’ve swiped up to quit the app and I’ve rebooted. I’ve deleted the app and rebooted. I've used the iPhone storage settings and offloaded the app and rebooted. Nothing works. It's at the point in the account set up wizard saying I am waiting for approval even though I was approved the second time. There seem to be no way for me to get out of that loop because it is probably pulling the data from the cloud instead of locally. The app pretends to be a professional service, but in reality, it’s just a black hole for your data. No transparency, no support, no progress, and no accountability from the developers. They are more than happy to collect your information but do nothing with it. The flood of fake positive reviews here makes it even clearer what’s going on. Save yourself the frustration and the risk. This app does not deliver, does not respect its users, and does not deserve to be on the App Store.
