The format, configuration, App, sessions and customer service are great. But if the property management of the building housing the gym are poor, it results in frustration.

I opted for an annual subscription but always had an issue to park the vehicle as the building maintenance and Cult fit management were at logger heads, resulting in their unfriendly interaction with the customers. I had written to Cult fit, but there wasn’t much use and I had to stop using the facility for the last 4 months. 

Kindly ensure that the facility that you wish to visit is good, proper facilities are provided and the maintenance staff are friendly before signing up. If that aspect is ensured, Cult fit is a wonderful option, else you will be left disheartened and shattered like me.

Well maintained pool, bathrooms, and centre  cleanness.

Booking slots is very easy and available always.

Staff is very very helping and supportive.

Cannot ask anything more.

After the recent update, My squad and My Wall pages doesnt work. It just gets stuck at loading. Tried to delete the app and then reinstall , dint solve the issue.
Hope this gets resolved in the up coming update.

Paid ₹17k for a Cult Transform subscription, but it’s been a nightmare. Requested a coach change, raised multiple support tickets, yet no resolution. Just auto-bot responses, no real action. Cult is all about taking your hard-earned money with false promises. Zero customer support. 
I want to cancel my subscription.
