I love curve the ability to manage my money on a whole another level the GBIT feature is amazing The ability to have all my cards into one and the metal plans cashback, fronted letting me earn points on my other cards as well as extra bonuses it’s brilliant although it is expensive so ideally I’d like to get added perks been a curve member now for about 2-3 years now. You’ll have to see theirs fees and all the perks for some people they can work to your advantage and be worthwhile. Others it might not be profitable but more of a convenience for you.
I’m shocked at how poor my experience was. I signed up only to be sent a Samsung Pay card with no option to add the Curve card to my Apple wallet. I do not have Samsung Pay nor do I have any Samsung devices. I contacted support and had to chase after 8 days of not receiving a response. They told me they would need to close my account and I would need to reopen another. I asked how I could avoid the same thing happening again when I signed up a second time but they just cancelled my account. I received an email confirming the cancellation so I replied to that. I was told to just sign up as for the normal curve card, which is what I had done originally. I did this but could not link anything and was directed to contact support. Knowing the chat option is awful I responded to the email. To their credit I received a quick response advising me that I couldn’t have the same accounts linked on two curve accounts. I was advised not to worry as they had removed the accounts from the cancelled curve account. I still can’t link anything. Needless to say I have just emailed requesting that they cancel this new account. To summarise… App barley works and offered a card I couldn’t use. Customer service is next to non existent and they really don’t care. From my experience I would not recommend Curve to anyone and would warn people from using the service. Someone else said in their review that it feels like a scam, I would agree with that statement.

My card stopped working three weeks ago and they are still “looking into it” each time I email for an update. Fine when it works but if you want a company that’s reliable when things go wrong then avoid Curve
Despite claiming that you get priority support which a metal subscription, support simply does not exist. You get sent through an endless loop with a chat bot that prevents you from contacting support. In the rare occasion you get through to a human, they take about a week to reply then close the conversation before the issue is resolved, starting the endless loop again. They claim that it is an unusually busy period and that it is taking longer to reply that usual. This is a lie. I have used Curve for two years and they have always used the same automated message. Curve is very good when it works but they have a disgustingly bad customer support service when you actually need them.
Well done for creating something new from what already exists. Don’t mess this up, maybe increase marketing so more people’s knows..
Nothing to do with the service, but the app causes my phone to become noticeably hot with seconds of opening it.
I raise a claim using the chat support, more then 9 hours ago, still not heard anything back. They don’t reply in a reasonable amount of time if you don’t have subscription in their monthly plans.
Update: the Anti-embarrasment feature is not working! It’s quite rare that I write a review, and it's even more rare that I give 5 stars, but Curve deserves it. The "Go back in time" feature is something I needed for years. There's always room to grow and I'm looking forward to seeing what great additions and improvements will be added in the future.
