No QR facility for scanning. I have tried to reset app several times but it still doesn’t load up. Each time I pay or book for anything it has to be done by email as the app function for scan isn’t available.

The pop ups interrupt the signing in process. And clicking on account transfers you to the website... so what's the point of the app!

Your website and App are sooo much better, no complaints or frustration and you have Apple Pay 10/10!

Not all the movies are shown in the “coming soon” tab. I need to click the specific venue and find the show times but if I do that, there’s no description of the movies

Both my husband and I have Cult membership. We won’t have it for long as it’s actually impossible to book tickets. Constant error message saying “something went wrong”. I’m missing credits after trying to book, yet no tickets have actually been booked. The whole thing is pretty awful

App doesn’t work. No show times brought and a spectacularly unhelpful error message ‘something went wrong’ refreshing merely repeats the cycle . Waste of time .

A really super venue screening the best of the latest and classic movies, satellite linked Opera and Theatre. Delish mocha shakes, really efficient and courteous staff and importantly well kept WC’s. You rock !

I’ve never written an app review before but I felt the urge to with this one as it is a dream to use. Been waiting for CURZON to get an app and I must say - they’ve done a great job with this one! Defs recommend!
