This is my first ever order and I was having a problem receiving my $10 off discount.  I call Customer Service. There was no switching me around here and there they got to it really quickly and help me out. I really appreciate good customer service. I am a event decorator and it is very important to be able to trust that you’re going get your order on time and things will be handled when there’s a problem.

Shipping method did an automatic default  to a cost payment for shipping instead of regular shipping and it cost me an extra $84.00. My purchase exceeded $300.00 but the sale ended today. What is the issue with your system?  You advertised free shipping for purchases greater than $100.00, however your site would not allow me to select that option. I could have made the purchase with another company but picked a Texas location for convenience. Not pleased with the false advertising.
