I’ve been using the CVoyager app for some time, and I’m really impressed with its optimized route planning, global port database, and ETA calculations. The ability to customize routes and save them is particularly useful for efficient voyage planning.

However, there are a few features that would make the app even better for serious mariners like myself:

	1.	Great Circle Navigation: While the app excels in route planning, it would be a valuable addition to have an option for Great Circle navigation for long-distance voyages. This would ensure we are not only plotting the safest but also the shortest routes, especially across open oceans.
	2.	Selectable Route Display (Rhumb Line vs Great Circle): It would be useful to allow users to choose between displaying Rhumb Line and Great Circle routes on the map for better visual clarity and planning flexibility.
	3.	Advanced Voyage Planning Tools: Features such as tidal information, current and weather overlays, and ECA (Emission Control Area) warnings could greatly enhance voyage safety and fuel efficiency. Additionally, integrating cross-track-distance (XTD) control and turn radius adjustments at waypoints would bring the app closer to professional standards used in tools like iSailor.
	4.	Enhanced Distance Calculation: While calculating distances between waypoints is already a helpful feature, adding a tool for quick port-to-port distance calculation or pre-voyage estimates, including fuel consumption, would significantly improve voyage planning accuracy.

Overall, I love CVoyager, but with these enhancements, it could become a go-to app for professional navigators and serious sailing enthusiasts alike.
