We took home delivery to a new level! Cynch is one of the easiest and most convenient ways to get your propane grill tank delivered straight to your doorstep. Whether you are exchanging your used tank with us for a fresh one, or you need a spare tank to have on hand when you run low, we have you covered! With our simplified online ordering process, you can have your tank ordered in just a few clicks! Once ordered, we at Cynch take care of the rest, because you have more important things to do with your time! Get your first tank exchange with us for just $10* by entering the promo code STORE at checkout. *Plus sales tax where applicable. Available in Cynch service areas only.  Expires 12/31/2022. NO COMMITMENT
There is no subscription or commitment to use us. But we hope you'll love the convenience so much that you will order again! In fact, once you’ve set up an account, your next order “is a Cynch”!

NO-CONTACT DELIVERY
Deliveries can be fulfilled whether you are home or not. It’s easy...just give us instructions on where to leave your spare tank or access the tank you will be exchanging to help the delivery technician make the exchange or delivery efficiently. We are unable to provide delivery time windows, so it is important that you leave the tank in a secure location our driver can access, such as your driveway, in front of your garage or on your front porch. We will ask you to choose where you will be leaving your tank in the check-out process (just like package deliveries).

TANK ACCEPTIONS 
We accept all tank brands; however, it must be a standard grill-sized tank. If you don’t have a used tank to exchange, you’ll need to order a spare tank from us.

Cynch is an arm of AmeriGas Propane L.P. that specializes in the home delivery of grill tanks. Officially launching in 2019, we have been growing into many major cities around the United States focused on giving our customers the best experience when purchasing a grill tank. Let's be honest, we could all use a little more time during the day and with Cynch we hope to give some of that back to our customers!

Hello, I didn’t have any problems with the app, it’s just that I made an order for an exchange for the next day (tomorrow) and it’s not giving me a time which it pretty important since I need it for tomorrow. I called the number under “contact us” and no answer which the voicemail seemed kinda sketchy and had no other option but to leave a voicemail. I hope I hear back soon.
