So I purchased this app because I have had my Facebook accounts hacked consecutively and can't seem to shake that and some other account issues.
I download this app start entering my info and run a security scan and it flags itself as my only security issue because it is outdated. Ok so I go to the App Store to update. Only the App Store says it is up to date. 
I try reaching out via the help options which all lead me to email. I sent email requests and in over a  week have heard nothing back. 
If this is the service that is provided and I can't get a response this remains my review and I'll cancel my subscription. Possibly an issue unrelated to the app itself but I can't find out.

i got this app over a year ago to help retrieve my Instagram account it didn’t help with anything and I never got my account back. since then I’ve been trying to unsubscribe as it says so on my Apple subscriptions yet for over a year I’ve been still getting charged 9.99 from this app, I’ve emailed and tried to contact them multiple times yet no one answers and they’re still taking money out of my account. I am furious and no one is helping on their side don’t sign up don’t add your card they’re just taking money from you.

Overall the advice given was useful but too late. The response time was more than 2 days (multiple times) and then once you did finally get a response, I had to wait another day or two for a response to my reply. I ended up having to seek help elsewhere, because if your account is hacked, you must act quickly. In addition, the away message was not updated when I signed up. I joined on Friday, July 5th at 9am. The tool said response would be within a few hours. However, no one was working that day and I didn’t get a response until late in the day on Monday.

They do not have a way to cancel the subscription if you didn’t set it up through the app. If you set it up online, you have to hope to get ahold of someone and for them to actually cancel your subscription otherwise you’re screwed and will get charged regardless.

Not good it’s a scam don’t waste ur money, there’s no way to cancel ur subscription. I’m getting charged every though I thought I cancel it at first but nope, I’m still getting charged. I can’t find the app in my subscriptions cuz they don’t put it there so that way they can take ur money and u have no way of cancelling it. There’s no one to talk to so it’s a scam, and I’ll be reporting it soon. Even the app doesn’t even work.
