Poor Response Time from Customer Support. It has been 5 full days since my initial query, and 3 messages later, and I have yet to receive a response. (other than acknowledgment of receipt)

Experiencing some problems
I really enjoy this game, but it seems I can open the game for a few days, then after the game freezes. I have to delete and redownload it again
Too many ads
Ads are annoying. I deleted the app after 10 mins
My morning recharge
Love waking up to recharge my brains 🧠 with my morning routine.
A scam ad
A scam ad showed up on Daily Themed Crossword. I still cannot find a way to email you to show it to you. It claims to be Oprah Winfrey with an app on which you can get a thousand dollar Walmart gift card. But the voice does not match the video. This is a scam ad. Please take if off of your app.
Lag
The lag in this game is awful and makes it unplayable. No matter how good your connection is it will lag and mess up your time
A lot of misspelling and errors
While I’d normally rate it higher, the game has a lot of misspellings or bad quotes. One question I had was “Baseball star ____ Ruth” referring to Babe Ruth, but the answer of the question was “Ruth”. “Baseball star Ruth Ruth”. I only solved the question by using intersecting puzzles. Additionally there are so many adds. Some of these puzzles are very easy and can be finished in sub 30 secs. Then you have to sit through a minute and a half of adds until you can play the next puzzle.
Ads ads everywhere
Love the crossword puzzles, but there is literally an ad after every daily puzzle and several ads are longer than it takes to solve the mini puzzles. Too expensive to buy the supreme game. The collective time in the ads is longer than my time in the game. No choice but to delete this game.
Not getting stars
For the past three times that I played & came in first on your challenges I have not received that bonus stars! Very disappointed with that. I will no longer play those additional games.

It’s a good way to relieve stress when you’ve had a bad day or just any day whether bad or not
