Seems that this app was created by people who have never used public transport. 1. You see a live location map with tiny bus icons indicating bus stops around me, but there is no way to find out which bus lines stop there. 2. There is a schematic map of all the routes (looks like a pdf version that you need to zoom to read). Having said that, unless you know Riyadh very well, there is no way to know where are you located and what are the routes that service your area 3. You can search for a from-to directions. The app will suggest a route but you only get a text version step-by-step description. You can not see the actual route on the map. (Hence it is hard to follow) 4. You can see all available bus lines, but I would expect when I click on a line to see the actual route on the map, not just a list of stop names, which for a foreigner (and maybe local) mean close to nothing 5. I can not find the timetable of a bus line …

لازم تفتح قوقل وتعرف الخريطة عشان تقدر تعرف اي مسار تاخذ وصعب تعرف اسماء المحطات وتقعد تحرب كذا مزه لين يضبط معك معرف ليش ماينحط بقوقل ماب وهو يحدد المسار عند اختيار خيار المواصلات او نحط الوجهة بالتطبيق وهو يحدد المسارات تلقائيا ليش المستخدم هو اللي يحدد نقطه الوقوف بالاسم

حدثت التطبيق على أساس ان فيه مشاكل انحلّت داخله بس مع الاسف يوم حذفت وقف يفتح عندي تمامًا وحذفت ونزلته من جديد والى الآن نفس المشكلة تواصلت مع الدعم عن طريق الاتصال ولكن لم يحلوا المشكلة ياريت لو يتم تحسين التطبيق اكثر لان ضروري انه يعمل بشكل صحيح لان أوقات تتعطل مشاويرنا ما نعرف متى بيجي الباص

هل سيتأخر تطوير البرنامج مثل ما تأخر تشغيل النقل العام؟

بعد تعبأة نموذج التسجيل يظهر لي رسالة خطأ بلغة الاوردو رغم اني اخترت اللغه العربيه

Bus 9 is always late with inaccurate time intervals the reason why it is very crowded and inconvenient for passengers.

التطبيق سيء للغاية. لا يسمح بتتبع الحافلات ولا يسهل عليك معرفة المسار المطلوب اتباعه ودفعت لتذكرة ولا ظهرت لي ( جحدوني!!!)
