I literally cannot login anymore can you please fix this.

Although I do love this game. I come back to it from time to time to see what all has been happening. The game is really fun to play I just wish there was more added to it. It gets pretty boring after a while. Theres been some new items added Since last I played but it gets boring when most items in events are the same from prior year. what I read in another review saying about a bigger update, by adding new things and items would be amazing and would spice up the game by a ton. And keep old players entertained while providing new players with whole other enjoyable experience.

5 minutes ago I spent 8.99 for platinum and it didn’t give me anything. What is wrong with this?? How do I get my money back or the platinum???????

Can you remove the level cap or bump it up to 100

I’m gonna go ahead and pop the question. When did you devs suddenly stop caring about your players? Oh I know, years. On top of that, why did you take away the Facebook login module? I lost 9 years of progress because of that. And I’m not gonna get my stuff back am I? Nope probably not. And the reason for that? Because the devs are lazy. The game used to be FULL of active players, and over the years, they’ve started to dwindle, and you know why that is don’t you devs? Because it’s the same thing every year, every event. I left a review stating the Facebook login problem. But you don’t reply to people who leave comments. Because you don’t care, and people are gullible enough to spend real dollars on in game purchases just to lose everything for no reason.I’ve been an avid player of this game for many years, and I wish you devs luck trying to keep the game up and running when your players dwindle below 100, because it’s coming. Maybe it’s karma, or maybe it’s just time to retire the game. Either way, the lack of care is pathetic.

I started this game on mobile and it has been 6 years or so and I can say I LOVE this game and not because for a short time, I kinda used this app as Tinder no I like it because it is a classic through and through (it has been 5ish years since I meet her and she is expecting)

The game is awesome but the update everyday is so boring to wait on or is it just my phone that's been making it update every single day I know the game needs to update but every day no it doesn't maybe just like one day or twice a month plus I wish there was a way the players on the game could buy free stuff without having to do the missions plus it's not letting me on now

So um y’all banned my account for absolutely no reason. I spent so much money on this app. I need my account back please. Good game!! Fun fun but also need my account back if y’all are wanting to keep this game up.

I still love this game so much, I also love there is updates every so often each year - I wish there was a bigger update like some new content or something because this game has potential to be one of the bigger ones, as with all of the other games this studio makes. Please, if you guys see this consider some big content update to spice it up a little again.

Considering the game’s lifespan, it’s insane the devs haven’t implemented an option that allow players to choose different skin tones
