I rarely give a rating especially for bad products. But I had to for this one. Three things:
1) Why would anyone in the 21st century require 5 login steps (input email on the 1st page, input password on the 2nd page, select contact method on the 3rd page, input the sent code on the 4th page and finally login on the 5th page) just to view a time punch? This is not a bank app for heaven's sake(and even bank apps allow face login to make it simpler). Make it simple to sign in
2)The random glitches and freezes don't help at all
3) Can't keep you logged in. You have to complete the 5 steps every time you switch phone screens

This is not a user friendly app. You constantly have issues with it loading. Also the tabs you click on don’t always work. I don’t feel like this is user friendly because once on the app it’s confusing to find what you are looking for. It could be simpler and way more effective for the employees.

If I was in charge of payroll for my company I would cancel with this company. This app is the worst and the desktop version is equally as bad. We’ve had E3 for less than a year and I’ve had to re download this app four times. It won’t take me to the correct app version and just takes me to a desktop version that cannot do any of the tasks that I need it for like entering time on my time card or submitting one. Their tech side needs to all be fired for the unprofessional junk they roll out.

I not sure if this app is being worked on but honest here are better apps out there, clocking in and out is a process to do and it also does not keep me logged and I am not a fan of how we are not able to request change of time when clocking in and out. Although it has a simple navigation it needs to add support in for hourly employees.

Do not use this app if you can avoid it. Absolute pain and garbage. Not user friendly, outdated, terrible location tracking, difficult to manage. Just please don’t do this to yourself or your company. One star is more than this deserves but I can’t give it any lower a review.

I really liked how much time this app saved me in reviewing timesheets while I was able to use it. Unfortunately, I changed my password on the web version with a PC and ever since neither my old nor my new password works on the app. It’s been months of being able to use the app. I miss the convenience but have to delete the app as it is unusable.

Still have never got in. I’ve done everything. I’ve reset my password, deleted and re-downloaded the app, as well as double and triple checking my password. It ALWAYS says my username/password is incorrect no matter what I do.

Just access your E3 from your desktop. 

I’m convinced that E3 doesn’t even HAVE a working app, because they certainly haven’t finished building THIS one. They got as far as the login screen and quit.
