wanted to watch one game and no game no money
paid by card they charged me 2 times, didnt get any confirmation email, told me to give them ARN number which i can not give them because never got any email with my payment confirmation. just money was taken 2 times per 8 days.and never got chance to see game because they keep asking me to pay again .had to block with my bank that again they wont take money.
Worst stream ever
Scam of an app! Never again will I pay these money to watch a fight where it blacks out for the entire fight! Complete waste of money!!!

Incompetent website. Streams never work 2nd time now I’ve paid and hasn’t worked.
Shocking service
Terrible service, trying to update the app on iPhone and it keeps saying update then open and crashes. Consistently logs me out of devices and tells me I’m logged on to too many devices when I’m not, and the search functionality is terrible for nfl game pass.

the video quality on its live events is dreadful paid 25 euro to watch a lagging stream might as well watch it on a illegal steaming site for free

App Stopped working properly
The app stopped working properly about 2 weeks ago. I pay for NFL GamePass and when I click into it on the app it’s just blank. Tried to press the help button and that just stays on the loading screen. To follow on from this. Have sent over 30 emails over the last 4 weeks. They send me the same generic one back every time. Has fixed nothing. I’m sure it’s all robots responding and not actual people. No phone number to call either. I’ve never seen anything like this in a business before. Absolutely appalling.
There is a problem with DAZN right now
I’ve got this notice on opening the mobile app several times now. Quite disappointing for a paid streaming service specialising in live sports….
