Terrible user experience

If you like the NFL you are held hostage by this terrible app that will jump around and put you in the middle of the 4th quarter when you say 'watch full replay'. It's horrible and they genuinely do not care about it.

Don’t Use Them

Won’t allow me to cancel. Hid the contract saying I had to sign up for a minimum of twelve months. Customer service is atrocious.

Surprised it made it to Prod

This app works less than 50% of the time for me. Sometimes never loads, but mostly tells me “something went wrong” and gives me an error code that can’t be found in their Help. I’m surprised they released the app in its current state.

Stinks

It says that you can watch the nfl games here. But just try and watch them.

Playback issues

I’ve been enjoying watching the Darts World Championship here in the U.S., but it’s been a frustrating experience. Since the games start at 07:30 EST, I usually begin watching around 08:30, catching up from the start. While I appreciate the ability to watch from the beginning, the stream has constant issues. It freezes frequently, crashes often, and, worst of all, sometimes skips ahead to the live broadcast, revealing scores unless I quickly rewind. It completely ruins the experience. On top of that, if I’m watching with a delay and the live show ends, the stream crashes entirely, and I have to wait 10-15 minutes for the replay to become available. It’s disappointing for such an anticipated event.

Trash

You know if something important now about to happen in a game, because it drops the feed moments before. I have to close the app and open the game again 4 to 5 times a game. Not worth it...

Subscription cancellation scam

It is impossible to cancel the subscription without live chat. Although the web application appears to process the cancellation, DAZN will continue to charge you, hoping you won't notice.

Unreliable and No Customer Support

Consistently fails to stream live games. RedZone for NFL is fine, do it’s not a network issue. Support is not helpful. This is a very expensive app for no support and inconsistent streaming. The whole thing is also unresponsive to my appletv remote.

Better than nothing, I guess

The season started out with reasonably good service, but downhill from there. Sometimes I get booted out of the app. Recently it happened three times in a row on Monday Night Football and I finally gave up and went to bed. Sometimes I get sound but no picture. Sometimes the reception is halting continually so I give up. Sometimes all is good.

Took my money

Resubscribed through cell phone and have receipt paid, DAZN did not recognize payment and out $30 as DAZN has not granted me access to the world darts championship as in the past
