Emailed DBS so many times but still no fix.

This app keeps crashing and needs to be fixed

Tried to reinstall the App and the password no longer worked. Asked for a password reset and the new password did not work.

The App cannot even be downloaded from App Store! It keeps crashing! Even a change password request cannot be executed-the new password is sent over the next day, does not work at all, and you are logged out after 2 tries! I called the Asia Treasured line, was told they couldn’t help with the App, need to refer to the wealth manager!

Please get it fixed , it’s super frustrating as the apps keep crashing whenever I want to book a transport. Called in and admin said can’t do anything about it ? What a reply from the team ? Not the best Bank services then 🙄

Need to delete and reinstall app on iPhone each time it crashes. Crash every time after each use.
