I loved this game, it was fun, easy and I was able to play it around my job. Now the new update requires me to micromanage the characters which means that it’s no where near as fun or possible to play around work. Add customisation abilities not micromanagement. Also, so much push to spend money, please stop.
The most recent update (shift work in lounges) is terrible. Once this feature is removed/rolled back, my vote and review will be adjusted accordingly.
The Halloween event is a massive let down, F2P or even light spenders have no chance at getting DMWW. Plus the new update to heroes losing stamina in rooms and having to be manually recharged and reassigned to the rooms is in no way fun or engaging.
As the title says. Made the game less fun and is robbing the players of resources they normally would have if not for a stupid 'update'
Latest update has made me lose interest in the game. Appointing workers to rooms for 1 hour and resting for 8hrs is so tedious and stupid. Developers have gone from a fun game to login 2-3 times a day to try force login every 1-2hours to be able to play to keep up with everyone else.

The game effectively forces you to spend money if you want to have any consistent progress. The newest update has absolutely ruined the game with introduction of stamina. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
I downloaded this a few months ago and played pretty much every day, it was pretty fun. The latest update has ruined it. The developers are intentionally trying to annoy the players so I’m going to delete this. Making players change their characters positions every few hours now is ridiculous. You used to be able to appoint them to a role and that was it. Now you have to micromanage every few hours and it is not fun. I just don’t understand why the devs would deliberately ruin a good game.
As the title suggests, this has been an addictive and fun game, for both F2P and P2W. This all changed when they rolled out the update on 30 Oct. One of the main issues is the manual effort to move heroes to ‘rest’ where they need not have before. Whilst they are ‘resting’, no additional resources/buff is applied. It’s a constant on/off rotation every 8 hours which is atrocious. Why was no customer feedback consulted before implementing this? The world chat and discord channel is blowing up on this. I’ll be looking for another game now that is customer-centric focused. It was fun while it lasted.
From lowering levels to unlock the chance to get a hero (people who paid were screwed) to implementing the dumbest ideas to make players log in every 2 hours or not be able to get any resources, to not testing there updates before implementing resulting in the worse possible buggie/non playable downtime to date. To not being compensated at all for extra maintenance down time. They just want your money , so stay away from this game its not worth the pain
