## 114 طوارئ الاشخاص الصم Description
يأتي إطلاق هذا التطبيق ثمرة للتعاون الهادف للارتقاء بمسيرة العمل الوطني والمسؤولية المجتمعية، كأول تطبيق على المستوى الدولي يتم عبره تطوير منصة فيديو لرقم الطوارئ للأشخاص الصم يمكن من خلاله توفير اتصالات الفيديو المجانية، لتمكين الأشخاص الصم من الإبلاغ عن حالات الطوارئ ومن جميع شبكات شركات الهواتف النقّالة في الأردن. ويأتي هذا التطبيق استكمالاً لتطوير مشروع خط الطوارئ للصم (114) الذي جاء تنفيذاً لمبادرات فريق العمل المتخصص لتمكين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة من الوصول إلى خدمات الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، حيث تم تطوير هذا المشروع من قبل هيئة تنظيم قطاع الاتصالات ضمن مبادرة "معكم أقوى"، بالتعاون مع مديرية الأمن العام والمجلس الأعلى لحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعـــاقة وبدعم من شركات الاتصالات زين وأورنج وأمنــية. 

ومن الجدير بالذكر أن الهيئة كانت قد شكّلت فريق العمل المتخصص لتمكين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة من الوصول إلى خدمات الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات في العام 2018 برئاستها، وعضوية كل من المجلس الأعلى لحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، وشركة زين، وشـركة أورنج، وشـركة أمنـية، وجمعية شركات تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات (إنتاج)، والائتلاف الأردني لذوي الإعاقة، والملتقى الثقافي للمكفوفين، بالإضافة إلى ممثلين عن كل من الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة السمعية وذوي الإعاقة البصرية وذوي الإعاقة الحركية، بهدف توحيد الجهود وتبادل المعارف والخبرات للخروج بخطة عمل موحدة وقابلة للتطبيق لتنفيذ المبادرات والمشاريع الموجّهة إلى الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، وبما يضمن تسريع وتسهيل وصولهم إلى وسائل وخدمات الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات. وقد جاء مشروع تطوير خط الطوارئ استكمالاً لما وفّرته مديرية الأمن العام في العام 2014، بالتعاون مع المجلس الأعلى لحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وبدعم من شركة زين، لتمكين الأشخاص الصم من الوصول لخدمات الطوارئ والإنقاذ من خلال الاتصال المرئي بلغة الإشارة على الرقم المجاني 114.
