Unable to upload receipts or look at account details.

Find the app very handy to make a claim. Details are saved so you don’t have to resubmit details and claim paid promptly.

Makes it much easier to claim as once I’m logged in all I need to do is select the member I am claiming for, take a picture of the receipt and submit! The online claim form needed all my details every time I submitted a claim so the app has been great!

Poor app

Great user friendly app. Was able to submit my claim with unjust a few clicks. Logging in is easy as it uses the same details as the member portal I already have

can’t login and can’t reset it with The forgot password link as it doesn’t work. Bit pointless this App🤔

I can’t update my details and can’t even submit a contact form to report this error
