Where did the option for delayed wake go?

This is an incredible app that works better than ANYTHING I’ve tried. The biggest downside is the last time it was updated, the option for a delayed wake disappeared. Also, the option to skip through instructions is gone along with a large portion of the muscle relaxation. Please bring back the old version.

I’ve been listening to this for almost a decade. It’s by far the best one I’ve ever tried. To this day, I haven’t been able to listen to the entire thing, I’m asleep before that happens!!!

I’ve had this app this app for i stg like ten years… and even after all this time it works like a charm. I don’t think I’ve ever made it through the whole thing because it works so well. I truly love this app- could not recommend enough.

2015 is when I first learned of Andrew Johnson. In deep sleep it says to listen to it every night once a night for at least three weeks; my husband and I have been listening to AJ since that first night in 2015. It’s rare that we go to bed without putting on AJ, we’ve listened so long we can both say the first few words by heart, but we don’t know the end because we are always asleep by then. AJ has literally extended our lives by creating a space for deep sleep. Mr. Johnson if you ever read this thank you very much from the Anderson’s in Chicago.

This was part of a multi app bunch called Relax+ But they could not leave it alone, and they broke it up Found this fun bit up after I tried to redownload the original app. Thanks a lot.

I always wake up early in the morning and then it’s hard for me to get back to sleep. This App really helps me get back to sleep. One change I can suggest is that change the background of the interface from white to black so that in the middle of night when it is open it doesn’t brighten user’s eyes.
