### ***-- "What happened to the wake function??"
I’ve used this app for years, and it’s always helped. But since the last update two things have changed:

1) The background music is much louder, to the point where it can be distracting and actually make falling asleep more difficult.

2) The wake function no longer acts as an alarm clock. You used to be able to set a time for it to wake you up, and Andrew’s instructions used to take a while to wake you gently. Now they run as soon as the deep sleep part is over, and are rushed through in just a couple of minutes.

Simply put, it’s nowhere near as good as it was before the last update.

Whenever I’m away from home and husband, I have difficulty falling asleep and and this recording is my lifesaver. If you find it doesn’t work the first few times, it’s worth persisting by using it nightly as AJ advises. It really does become more effective the more you use it. 
I particularly appreciate the fact that the imagery is fairly neutral - no going down wells or staircases!

I’ve always struggled with sleeping but using this app puts me right to bed. I’ve been using Andrew’s apps for years now and they’re all fantastic. I just want to hear how this track ends cos I swear I’ve never stayed awake through the whole thing. Thank you Andrew :)

### *---- "Disappointed with the changes after an iPhone update"
I have been using the Andrew Johnson relax plus app for years and I always found it really helpful. I hadn’t used it in a while but when I went to use it recently it is no longer accessible after an iPhone update.
Disappointed to see the app has now been broken up into lots of different apps rather than having them all in one and now it’s only 11 minutes rather than the 60 minutes I used to be able to use.
Think I will be looking for an alternative as it hasn’t helped me sleep anymore.

This app is the best for me to fall asleep, but it always crashes after I go to the settings page so I then have to uninstall then download again. I paid for the premium and it did the same but when I downloaded the app it went back to the free app with ads.

An insomniac, I’ve used -and valued - this app for many years. Suddenly, it was unusable as it began crashing constantly. The only fix I found was to purchase it at £2.99. Admittedly it’s not a huge amount to pay in exchange for some sleep but there was no indication that there was going to be a charge for it and though I’m not 100% sure, I’m pretty certain I’ve paid for it in the past. Very disappointing. 
The app itself is great, when you can access it. Andrew Johnson’s gentle voice has helped me sleep many, many times.

I”ve used this app for years and it’s so good that I also recommend it to my clients. The latest update is very annoying as you can no longer skip the instructions.  You don’t need to hear the instructions every time you use the app and trying to switch them off now gives you a sales pitch. Loss of functionality is never a good thing.  Please restore the option to skip the instructions.  As things stand I will no longer recommend it to others.

I’ve tried lots of different things online to help me fall asleep, rain noises on Spotify or other guided meditation. But this is something else! Unfortunately I can only comment on the first 2minutes as I’ve never actually heard what’s beyond that. 
I always fall into a deep sleep with this app, highly recommend! 

If I struggle to fall asleep this is my go to!
