This is app is too slow. It takes forever to load up my playlists. I have premium and cannot access my music when I’m offline unless I connect to internet prior. This is becoming very annoying. At this moment, a single downloaded song is taking forever to load and I’m actually connected to the internet.
I’ve enjoyed your premium version for the longest! However I’m currently trying to change from free version to family but the subscription says $8.99 while the ads say it’s $14.99. Which is it? 👀
My downloads keeps on disappearing and I don’t think that’s how downloads work. It is very frustrating to know that you have to always check if your songs are still there because of the possibility of them disappearing without an action from someone
My monthly payment seems to not be going through now and everything is okay with my card and with my bank. Can’t even get online support.
It’s quite annoying when you search for a song and you select it it plays something else Very Annoying And what’s even worse your only allowed six skips and that’s stupid you have to get the premium plan in order for more skips..rubbish
I don't know what you guys did but the sound quality improved 10 fold!. I've been a long time user of deezer and I won't be switching anytime soon. Keep it up!

I just reinstalled the app and the subscribe button stays at the top of the screen. I tried to subscribe to a plan from that screen, also tried from the ‘Settings’ and both proved futile. Please assist as soon as possible.
Great music app 💯, when I first downloaded the app it took up 1.54GB in documents and data with no music downloaded and now it’s using 2.24GB without music downloaded.. why is that happening?
The subscribe tab remains at the top of the page. When I swipe through the option and select a plan, it does not allow me to select. I have tried uninstalling the app several times. This does not solve the problem. Please advise how I can remedy this issue.
