Defender Empower

I wish it has and app or software to download and view on my pc. That way I don’t have to use my phone

Honestly this is a terrible app. It’s “offline” almost every other week. Customer support is unhelpful each time this happens. Don’t waste your money on getting cameras that use this app.

Very hard to set up. No instructions for iPad or iPhone set up. Slow at responding to an email. After running cable for 16 cameras I am ready to take it all down and send the system back.

I’m really not happy with this app.unfortunately I’m stuck with this system.the cameras function is great. I have a iPhone 13 max. I figured out I have to reboot and clear cache every other day to see all cameras remotely which is insane.you need live customer support!!!

Have to restart system remotely every couple of days

It’s the worst app I’ve ever used. It worked decent for about two weeks and now it won’t alert me when there’s motion on any of my 7 cameras, I can’t even pull up a live feed anymore and one camera isn’t even showing up at all. Fix the issue defender

My husband and I were so delighted when we got in touch with Bryan on the “Customer Support Team” He was extremely patient with my husband, who is not too tech savvy. He followed up with step by step instructions for what he needed us to do. We couldn’t be more pleased!! Defender is fortunate to have you! It’s hard to find employees like him. Thank you Bryan! The quality is great, I wish the particular ones that I have had audio but Overall, it’s a great camera system

They were Easy to install and connect to the app I love that while I was on vacation I could watch my house. Highly recommended app and cameras

Really love the system and the app was very easy to set up. Love that I can set to get alerted with motion. Very helpful
