Access Definitiv

App is very glitchy. I have had nothing but trouble when trying to use the time clock with constant server timeout requests. I have deleted the app and reinstalled multiple times. My company emailed Definitiv and their response was much the same, delete the app and reinstall. I have done this again and fail to get further support. Nevertheless, it doesn’t work reliably. Very poor app, very poor support and it is a PITA to use.

The payslip is so simple and not broken down so if there are any errors is not obvious.

You always log me out & I have trouble logging back in

This is a control freaks tool…worst thing I’ve ever had to do in 17 years working in the same job

Don’t like apps that have to know where you are unless it’s maps breach of privacy ad far as I’m concerned why does this app need to know this ?

Did you stop support for iPhone 8?m (iOS 16)?

Have to enter data everyday even though your on the same job with the same hours, should be a save or copy paste option

Log in problems when using two thinks keeps saying now start time very annoying

Can fill in all my info and times but unable to sign off times (also seems to be missing am / pm on the times when scrolllung as other employees phones do )

Can’t see pay slips, server down or error codes all the time
