It would not accept to add my card which is so weird. I tried it on everything. Simply doesn’t work.

I didn’t receive my order

I spend more than 30€ and I didn’t get the extra food that’s terrible how it’s possible this I hope somebody help please

These clowns gave me a first order coupon and I placed an order - they took it off and charged me the whole order amount. When I raised a ticket; the call center in Philippines insisted that they need to know from where did I get the coupon and send them a screenshot of the coupon…. Geezer I downloaded the app and your app showed me the coupon - why am I expected to take a screenshot and store it? What kinda scam are y’all jokers running? Uber eats ANYDAY!!!

my order hasn’t been delivered the delivery person put some code and took my food with him. When I reached to the customer service they said that they wouldn’t be able to assist in really rude manner..

Everytime I order it takes 30 minutes to find a driver/ the order gets cancelled. This is terrible service and something Deliveroo should think about before bringing Deliveroo into counties outside of Dublin
