À chaque livraison j’habite un numéro TER et aussi J’habite au fond d’une COUR et vos livreurs ne comprennent pas malgré mes nombreuses explications par téléphone. Ce qui entraîne le déplacement de ma maman âgée pour récupérer les courses !!!! La RH devrait former ces jeunes , c’est quoi Bis / Ter / Cour / impasse ….ils ont du mal au téléphone à comprendre nos explications avec le français très très moyen. Merci

Very easy to use. Quick and efficient and works smoothly. Bravo! Excellent selections and good delivery times. A little disappointed that when I used the DELIVEROO200 code they mentioned it didn't work despite my order being over 50 aed and no discounted items. Anyway, great app.

The worst app for deliveries a lot of problems 40% of the order late or don’t come in the end no chat available will they late and also if the order not come you need to ask the money back I am using this app in Napoli

I have made an order, which was delivered with a missing item. Deliveroo offered me £1.5 refund which was not an option. When I offered to pay for the delivery of a missing item, they refused. The item was a toy from happy meal which my child really wanted, but Deliveroo just don’t care for there clients as long as they have all ready payed. That’s how I see it anyway.

Ur app keep stuck and crash. Thats super annoying when u already have fee things in ur order.

Hi all, hope all’s well. Sorry but the following isn’t going to be nice feedback. Your Italian partner acting in any criminal way. So sorry for my language, but the Company’s delivery guys and the customer service reps are criminals. Once, the delivery guy stole my food and charged me for it, and than - you representatives who should help me - were arrogant, insolent, insulted me and the most severely- lied to me they have done a refund. This is a-shame, and I’m doubting it is aligned with your values and standards. You should all be ashamed. I will never ever use you app, and considering to initiate a class action.
