The delivery service was great however the order was sent differently to what I asked. I asked for a Hamour Mandi and got a grilled hamour 🤷🏼♂️

Its a trap!!!!
The deliveroo team are a bunch of thieves. Drivers steal items from the order and sometimes steal the whole order. Customer service knows and dont care. When you complain they refer you to terms and conditions although they use it wrong. Never do the mistake of putting your credit card in this app because they will charge you for services you did not receive.

Rides are expensive ! more than double the competition in kuwait
Bad service
Always late, the estimated delivery times are always understated and then they update them once you out the order in and you cannot cancel it anymore. If the order is late (because their drivers are busy) they keep updating the delivery time to pretend that they made it on time. Very difficult to get to customer service once you have an issue.
