Delivery Drop

Tried to place an order but keeps asking for mobile number when entered it doesn’t go through, first time I’ve ever used and downloaded this app. I added my number 1st time and it said “you’ve exceeded the amount of attempts please try again some time later” my number I entered is correct. Couldn’t continue as guest or sign in via Apple as it still kept asking for mobile number and giving me the same error message when entered. Meaning I cannot place an order, so the app is no use to me. It is also doing the same on my mothers phone which she has a Samsung. So it’s definitely an app issue.

Had a bad experience first time but the manager was more than apologetic and gave me a deal too good not to use. Used them again and very happy. Will happily recommend them after my latest experience. Many thanks guys and keep up the good work.

Absolute terrible company, avoid at all costs! Took money but failed to deliver products to correct address, after contacting customer service you get told you can’t do anything and then get ignored when asking for contact details for an FOI request and to put in an official complaint. Will be doing a chargeback which hopefully costs this company more. Look forward to this review everywhere which I know is much more damaging than refunding an entitled customer. All the best 🙃😘

What’s the point of spending your £ on marketing and having people dropping cards with advertising this app if it’s not even available in the area you’re dropping the cards at? I got excited when I saw the card being dropped through my door and back again disappointed it’s not even available. I know it’s hard to have things available in villages or small towns but then what’s the point of wasting money and petrol on marketing it in the area that even Uber doesn’t drive around ?

I’m pretty sure this app is only set up for data mining. Even when you sign up with Apple it will ask for details including email and password. When you finally login it displays a few “closed” stores that I am sure are fake as well.
