The alerts are easy to set up and the sensor is so accurate that I switched to it from the Libre 2. The iOS widget hardly ever updates. The Apple Watch app almost never updates and the Apple Watch widget hasn’t worked once. -- actualised, 2024-11-11 ### *---- "Underdeveloped and Rushed app" As a user coming from the G7 to the One+. The app feels super underdeveloped and unfinished in comparison to the G7. There are no Alerts for Rising and Dropping glucose levels, Broken Apple Watch support, No glucose Range customisation, and worst NO CRITICAL ALERTS. So you need to ensure any focus modes are set to allow the app to break through, never have your phone on silent and pray your notification volume is loud enough to wake you at night. Overall the app feels rushed and missing some key features. You’re better off going with an Abbot Libre 2 for cheaper and with better notifications for lows and highs. -- Joshh2006, 2024-04-04 ### *---- "Falling short on flexibility and features" The Dexcom One+ app is a major disappointment, earning just one star from me due to its lack of essential features. You can't switch between mmol/L and mg/dL for blood sugar readings because the units are fixed based on your location. There's no flexibility in setting your blood sugar target range, with just one option available. Similarly, adjusting the graph height offers no customization, limiting you to two preset options. The Apple Watch integration is broken, displaying an error message to check the mobile app, and there's no Dark Mode available for easier viewing in low light.
