Amazing! Game changer for keeping things organized Highly recommend

At least 50% of all receipts enter digitally through the camera feature do not show up in the application. This is a very high failure rate.

Great product but I can’t input my receipts without being bugged to rate the app. I click ‘not now’ and get reminded after every submission. So here you go!

Love the photo and online features of this software.

Our company was having trouble keeping track of all the receipts, especially having so many employees out on the road. QB-DEXT solved that issue & many more. We can go into DEXT at any time, and get a breakdown by supplier month, or category of item. We now know where we’re spending our money and who is spending it. It’s fabulous.!

SCAMMY PRACTICES!!! They charged me $715.00 without my permission. When I saw this alarming cost jump in my account, I asked them why they were charging me this amount as this was definitely not my usual annual plan fee. They told me that since they no longer offered the plan I subscribed to, they decided to transfer me onto a different plan that was "suitable" for my needs. Of course the plan they decided was "suitable" for me was $500 more expensive than my last one (and nowhere near suitable for my one person small business - just the most they could charge me). The problem is I never gave them permission to change me into a different plan nor for this significant price change. They tried to defend themselves saying that they had emailed me to inform me but I personally never saw this email. Plus this email could easily be missed for anyone. Unfortunately, they prey over this and take advantage of having people's credit card information through what they claim to be "autorenewal" (when it is really them changing your plan on your behalf and charging you hundreds of dollars more than you agreed to in your old plan). This is a horrendous business practice and I would warn anyone from considering Dext. Regarding the app functionality, I spent too much money here in the past for years of me having to hire book keepers and accountants just to in the end manually fix up Dext's mistakes. My most recent book keeper said she ends up having to fix Dext's mistakes for her clients that use Dext and is confused at why her clients are spending this much money on this app when she has to fix these errors, gst misreadings, miscategorization, etc, innacurrate readings, etc. Before I hired her, I spent more time trying to work out the kinks in Dext's program than what was worth the cost by far. Additionally, support is really bad and they do not have a phone number for you to call and can sometimes take a long time to reply. Fortunately, I was never charged due to my bank blocking my card because they believed this payment was “suspicious activity”. Unfortunately this service isn't even worth the initial money let alone the money they try to charge you without your permission. Please look elsewhere.

It’s an app to access a service. This review looks at the whole package. I subscribed to Dext for about four years through my accountant but when they shifted to something less expensive, I stayed. It’s $360/year for the plan that covers my business needs and worth every penny. Once sent (by email, app upload, web upload, or auto forwarded by email filter) every receipt is automatically read and searchable. I key all the transactions manually and have never used the accounting program import feature but to me it’s worth it without that. The most recent update even adds the ability to share PDFs directly to the app. Kudos!!

Great service until they started charging out the wall zoo, they should have unlimited clients package not 10 clients forcing us to have to pay $25 per client on top of other Booking fees of clients already and cure
