5 years eels now I’ve waiting for many items and keep saying check this so this I haven’t nothing here

I tried ordering over £200 worth of things, and has been continuously contacting the seller for fast shipping as I will be travelling. lol and behold, DHgate has the audacity to cancelled my orders, claiming it’s high risk. That part I don’t understand. The seller forwarded me their email to her, and that’s what it says. High Risk. Whilst I was told that my payment was not approved. I went into my banking app several times checking to see what was not approved on, it was all approved, payment has left my account. And the few were pending. I am getting frustrated here. Why are they treating people in this manner? DHgate should stop messing around with people in this manner.

Material clearly described as 100% leather are in reality plastic, despite the inflated price. Refund guarantee is not reliable, sellers are aggressive unprofessional and insulting.When you escalate the dispute they won't really acknowledge or analyze carefully and politely.

If you have an issue- you can only upload evidence via YouTube or Dropbox- both require a paid subscription, so unless you set one up- you’ll not be able to return or appeal anything.

They have good quality items as replicas but can’t complain

Can’t get a response from seller or DHgate bought a watch that was advertised and was sent a box it was false advertising and a scam can’t get through for a refund bad site will never buy again from here
