Nejde sledovaný zásilky z DE přes aplikaci staženou v ČR píše ze číslo deseti místní je špatně ???

Číslo, které vygenerovalo DHL v aplikaci nefunguje. Tak nevím, jak balík sledovat. Nechápu, proč vlastně nestačí jméno, email a mobilní číslo, jako u konkurence.

The very basic... it just does not work.

Me enviaron un paquete que llegaría el 26 de diciembre, indicaron que vinieron y no lo pudieron entregar pero a mí no me llegó notificación alguna y yo estaba en el domicilio en ese horario. No me dan la opción de ir a recolectar el paquete y ahora tendré que estar aquí esperándolo de nuevo el día de mañana. Muy deficientes sus notificaciones y opciones. Sería maravilloso que permitieran agregar un número de WhatsApp para indicar que se encuentran aquí.

No puedo hacer nada porque no me deja registrarme, es pésimo
