how can you not have to possibility to change the language?! and you cannot create an account if you do not have a german mobile number!! useless if you are from another country and want to receive a parcel. even in third world countries it is more easier to receive a parcel..

App gets stuck on loading when going to From me - View details. Trying to view the details of a sent package results in an endless spinning loading icon with no way to cancel or go back, need to close app. iPhone 14 Pro iOS 17.4.1 App v 5.2.0 Everything else is good, great job overall.

Singura aplicație de curierat care funcționează jalnic, ca de altfel toate serviciile oferite de DHL! O livrare intracomunitară durează săptămâni în timp ce alte companii similare livrează în câteva zile. Absolut de evitat!!!

I have been notified one day before delivery that my package will arrive next day, being international shipping, i took off from work earlier and cancelled my plans for the day waiting for my delivery. A couple hours later i get an email notifying me that my delivery failed, without me being contacted at all by the carrier, it was also past support hours, so i had no way of contacting DHL or at least the carrier’s phone number. I’m very disappointed, i changed my entire schedule in order to be ready to receive the parcel after they notified me one day earlier, this just seems like one of the delivery drivers not being in the mood to do his job. The worst thing about it is that the delivery day was Friday, now i have to wait an entire weekend for a very important parcel. Just don’t schedule it if you know you can’t deliver it. People will understand, but if you set expectations, you will disappoint. Time is money and you lost me money. I expected more professionalism from a name like DHL. If you collaborate with DHL, not even express shipping is trustworthy, so don’t expect them to be serious about their services!
