Wenn das ein Schutz vor Scamming oder überteuerten Ticketpreisen sein soll, dann hat das z.B. für das Konzert, das ich besuche absolut keinen Sinn, weil die Band so unbekannt ist, dass da keiner überteuerte Tickets verkaufen oder kaufen wird.
