My husband bought 2 festival tickets for Sónar Lisbon 2024 for the wrong day by mistake; having messaged customer service through the app to request an exchange in December 2023, there was NO REPLY AT ALL until the festival date on March 23rd. Even when we messaged again on the day before and also reached out on instagram and through the festival itself. SHAMEful!

Tou a tentar iniciar sessão a mais de 2 horas e n consigo!!!!! Já mandei imensos emails e n respondem a nada! Só querem roubar! Recebi um bilhete para o primavera sound para a conta e agora n consigo entrar nela! Ridículo
