I wanted to go from monthly to the 12 month subscription price. I asked and confirmed 3 different times my meal plan and workout routines and previous history wouldn’t be deleted. They assured me it wouldn’t. They deleted all my info and I had to start from the very beginning (what’s my age, weight, my goals, etc etc etc etc). Aggravating to say the least especially bc I was working out then all my workouts just went away half way into my gym sesh. Messaged support several times to ask what happened now zero response after I have paid them for a yearly sub.

Overpriced. Your just paying for an app to organize stuff you could do yourself. The workout “plans” have me do the same thing 4 weeks over. And when I want to cancel my subscription there is no way to and the support team doesn’t respond to emails. Terrible service.

The app is great the workouts and the meal plans are on point, Ross makes it super easy to know what you are doing and when…. My only complaint is the program auto renews with no email notification about charging you… The best thing you could do is give your customers notice before you bill them again. Might save your team and others a bit of frustration.

The meal plans are delicious and the customer service is phenomenal. I have changed my meal plan multiple times. They have always been super friendly accommodating. Every exercise has a video that goes along with it which is like a having A personal trainer there with you to help with proper form. This is my favorite exercise app and I have shared it with all of my friends! 100% worth it.

$700 for one year of access to a 4 month program, the steroids aren’t even included…I hope nobody’s stupid enough to buy into this

I want to cancel my subscription.

I am extremely dissapointed with this app. i have no access to any of the workouts or meal plans.

This truly is one of the best workout apps in the game.

Been following Ross for years. Everything he puts out is quality, and this is no exception. Follow the plan and you’re guaranteed to improve your health, fitness, physique, and confidence. Awesome stuff!
