They charge me before the driver arrived. Then the driver cancelled the trip and they did not pay me back!!!!!!!!!!! They are thieves!!!!!!

The masters of cancelling trips 2min before the pick up time. Drivers work for more than one company and because Didi pay them less, they cancel on you if another ride shows up. Unreliable service.
Drivers NEVER show up and keep cancelling. When they are nearby they drive away from you. The most unreliable and a complete waste of time trying to find a ride as the keep you waiting and then cancel or drive away. You need to order an uber anyway after wasting time so just do it without this app messing you about
Had ride last night and was showing $31- for rid but charged me $11.25- extra and not any contact number to complain. So disappointed
Want to support Didi but shows drivers routes that are incorrect or too long to get to riders, drivers have driven past me and cancelled at the last minute and the app feels untrustworthy. Uber is unfortunately more reliable. No way to contact customer support. Really wanted to give bts feedback rather than here. Good luck people!
All the time I order a short trip of 8-10 bucks all the driver s spam me with crazy prives as much as 30bucks they do not accept a no for an answer until i get a ride, as well they always accept to cancel making me get 50 bucks out of the bank to be pendent, just go with uber 1 dólar more is worth copares to this expirience
Very poor customer service and drivers keeps accepting rides and not coming.
I’ve been claiming for more than a year about four trips for which I was charged twice, and they owe me around $80. The last time I received a response from them (9 months ago), they said they were too busy and would reply very soon
Terrible company - lack’s basic ability to contest rides that were not ended in timely manner.
Driver lied saying he arrived, he wasn’t even close, I called, no answer, then DiDi charged me for the making driver wait. No way to refute this as well since DiDi has no customer service.
