Put in a request for simple lawn mowing. I guess they have no one to take care of it. But they placed a hold on my credit card. I hate to have to do this but I’ve filed a complaint with BBB and my credit card company. If they can’t fulfill a simple request like lawn mowing but they charge you, they should not be in business. BEWARE!!!!!

The people who were supposed to do the work never showed up. I couldn’t get a hold of anybody to find a replacement. This problem caused me a lot of stress and expenses to find other people, delay in moving truck and staying more time in old house. I asked for compensation but the only thing they offered is a discount in a future request.🤔.

The best part are the schedulers. The worst are the house cleaners. They don’t do a good job. They’re pad hourly so they don’t care. They go slowly. I had one guy in 3 hours only clean the floors and not all of that. Twice they didn’t touch the shower and tub. These are bottom of the barrel cleaners. Couldn’t clean a total of 4 or 5 rooms in 3 hours!! One cleaner cased my house. She was looking in rooms she wasn’t supposed to clean. She took one puzzle piece! Just to be a jerk. I found someone with her own business and she’s great. Fast and thorough. Couldn’t be happier. Never again will I use Diem!

Needed a cleaning service desperately but using this app honestly made me cancel the service It’s incredibly frustrating trying to book anything, once you do it takes you through the process all over again and again and again

Even though the app tells you that you won’t be charged until the job is complete, it still seems to try to take your money and when it can’t, it calls your card “invalid.” Once you select the job you want, it takes a very long time for someone to actually be selected to do the job and if someone is selected, their rate may be different from Diem’s rate. So basically… don’t try to use this app if you need something done ASAP and don’t use if you don’t have funds. It’s quite inconvenient.

Just bc the people you hire aren’t good workers doesn’t mean the app is bad itself . Don’t say an app is bad because one bad experience.

My house cleaner canceled after only cleaning for 15 minutes I never received a refund and they have horrible customer service you cannot get ahold of anyone inside the company to actually get anything worked out

Very bad app

Tried multiple times to request a service, and after going through all instructions and scheduling, it doesn’t save of process the request. Tried contacting their instant text and no reply. Requested tech support, and it advised long wait times (3 days). Lots of setup effort for nothing…

Dormers show up late, or don’t show up at all. When you cancel last minute you pay a fee. But when the diemer cancels on minute before scheduled service, or don’t show up at all, the app gives you an auto $10 off of your next service. Deleting the app and will find a more reliable service.
