Unfriendly service

Once you have a problem its never solved and there is no phone number to call customer service … good luck

Save time - doesn’t work

Not very good, tried over 10 times and got stuck. Not user friendly and given up!

App doesn’t work

Won’t scan picture of passport to start the verification process

Scanning, documents for the Dutch government!!

It is just annoying to load or scan your documents! It takes hours before it scan the document, many tries and also to take your picture! NOT A GREAT APP!!

Doesn’t work

This app doesn’t let me login to the Dutch Revenue Services website, as the app won’t let me login.

Ridiculous! Impossible to reset password. What is this thing for anyway? Deleting.

Very difficult to register

This app is near impossible to register.

Mostly missing the mark

It takes multiple attempts to get it done only to be notified later that the documents are rejected. Difficult to work with passports with lamination due to glare. The service is unreliable as well with code “green dragon” .. whatever it means. The app quality needs to improve a lot to be useful.

Disaster to get through their process. The customer service is non existent.
