I can't hear the dinos in AR mode

We didn't receive any dna stickers in our kit and the app did nothing for us. Had fun digging out the bones!

First of all it only worked once when I went up close but even then the T. rex started shaking and flicker from being on the card to being gone. Also I like cheese

Any time I move my phone in a VERY well lit area the Dino goes away. My son doesn’t understand how to use it or move it. Very frustrating.

I got a stegosaurus card. Downloaded the app and followed instructions. A jittery T. rex appeared, on its side. Don’t waste your time.

The app successfully made an AR dinosaur appear, but repeatedly crashed when I tried to take a photo.

My kids loved this with the 3 codes they got from dinosaur dig boxes. But, we purchased one dinosaur to use from the app and it is still showing as locked and won’t let us use it. Waste of money and very frustrated. I have reached out to the company and yet to hear back.

Opening the App causes screen to go grey for 1/2 second then it closes.
