I am displeased at the process of discovery setting me back a whole month in my pregnancy and on top of that lying to me by saying they have activated my pregnancy profile on 2 occasions. I have tried to activate myself on the app, online and the older discovery app but this is the worst accessibility experience I’ve ever had with such a professional brand. Very disappointing services to add. I have still not heard back for finalising of my benefit and I’m not having to pay cash for visits I am covered for under the maternity benefit. It’s safe to say I do not want to be part of this service and brand anymore.

My husband had his own medical aid before we married and I had mine. Obviously it made no sense to remain that way so I added him on mine and he cancelled his. He was also working at a different company this is 7 years ago. For 7 years we are trying for them to change the wrong email they have for where he worked and cell no. He can’t do anything has to input an otp which he doesn’t receive because it now going to an email that no longer exists and cell no he no longer has. Imagine a stranger is possibly getting his OTPs. We have called them, and in the call u have to input otp to validate yourself. So they’re damn useless! The app at this point is worthless!!!

Crickey this is irritating. The old app has more up to date info and easier to navigate. Loads of buttons do nothing at all. And often you just get sent back to a web page. Please get a proper UX designer to fix this. It’s not just a techie issue.
