Discovery Health App

This doesn’t work on iPadOS or iOS. It won’t log in. Clicking on the Log in button pops up the Touch ID prompt, then instead of logging in goes straight back to the log in screen.

Absolutely pointless app. Don’t waste your time downloading it.

This app is terrible, I have wasted so much time trying to open it, it continuously says “please be patient, this is taking longer than usual” and then crashes and asks me to retry, only for the same thing to happen over, and over, and over…

Much like Discovery, the app does not work. Login’s are slow, FaceID does work but does not log you in, no response when you select options. Deleted it immediately.

Great concept but keep getting error codes when trying to load main page. When searching for network providers - error ‘Unable to load Care Team’. This is the second time I have installed the app hoping it would be better but it doesn’t work so well unfortunately. Great concept though

What I don’t get is where was this app communicated? I have a different app that recently gives me an option to be redirected to the “new app” which is web based 😳 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I just got off a call with an agent and he did not tell me that there is another app in the App Store to download. Is THIS the “new app”? Why is the other app still available for download? Why was that app not just upgraded and the upgrade made available on App Store or even auto upgrade? Why duplication? Why? 🤯🤦🏻‍♀️💆🏻‍♀️

I usually don’t write bad reviews but I feel the need to. Although I understand why this app exists, I feel its an unnecessary step backwards, the main App looks and feels proper. I have no idea what to make of this one. Slow, poor quality, doesn’t work as it should. I think you need to go back to the drawing board with this one It almost feels like someone said; lets save on developers and ask Ai to make us something😂

Opens the Discovery website for things like what is covered by my plan. The website provides little to no information about coverage. The app is supposed to be focused on Health but the most prominent part on the main page is cards for Discovery Bank, Invest, and Insure. Why not just leave everything in one app if you're going take up the centre of the main page with ads for your business? Not sure what this app is for.

This app seems like it will be quite beneficial , but I haven’t been able to get into it yet , I’ve tried a few times and it gets past the login details and then says it’s taking longer than usual , and never opens . . Unless it is incompatible with IOS16? I will keep Trying and will review the app appropriately once I get to check it out

Trying for 2 days for the app to load without success. Removed, reinstalled, still nothing.
