Keeps crashing after I decline access to my music. Can’t play
Finished?
I downloaded this game in 2013….for my daughter. I’ve been the one playing for 11 years! Appears I’ve finished all levels on all maps. What is my prize Disney? Fun game but would love to know how many ads I’ve watched over the years!

Really guys…..it’s the start of DECEMBER,,,,,CHRISTMAS month….and right out the gate you guys give us SPRING Anna??? What is WRONG with you guys?.?.

The game won’t load. Keep getting a Crystal Gifts reward that won’t disappear.
Cool, but...
I like the game, don't see any bugs. However, some of the characters are a little... creepy. Like the Elsa from the original Frozen- kinda scary in this game. And it needs less ads. I've seen your other Frozen games and this has the most ads out of all of them. And the daily rewards might need to be better- this one isn't required but the other ones REALLY need a fix. Thanks!

It is a mind twister and is very fun to get different town items. It is relaxing game.
Game has glitches.
Running out of levels with quick add ins such as trophies caused so many problems with attaining rewards and coins to spend under VIP status. I hope you can resolve these problems before I run out of levels again.
