I can not use the app since the guardians of privacy first screen does not go away! No accept button, no scroll up or down not an X for close!!! We need to check in and I am stuck !

• Check wait times for attractions and show times.
• Use our interactive map and filters to find attractions, restaurants, shops, shows and Meet 'n' Greets.
• Buy Disney Premier Access One or Disney Premier Access Ultimate to get speedy access to some of our most popular attractions.
• Enlist for a training session at the Hero Training Center at Marvel Avengers Campus.
• See your upcoming and past Disney Premier Access time slots and access your QR codes in "My Plans".

• Book a table for your visit (up to 2 months ahead, or 12 months for Disney Hotel Guests).

Sluggish, loading all the time, not being able to complete one simple purchase… awful

I have to mention it’s my first time to write a review,but I think I had to do it. Crashes all time Made payment 1146€ for 3 day pass for my familycrashed after I have paid. No tickets in my account!! To reach by phone or email was a nightmare. After half day I reached by phone. They send an email with some codes,with no directions where or how to use,not a link as well. It’s a pity and such big companies not to invest in technology and support team. Stay away!!

Impossible d’accéder aux qr codes
Il m’est impossible d’accéder à mes pass annuels. A chaque fois j’ai l’image de Ralph la Casse, ça me soule
Disneyland est top !
J’aime beaucoup cette application qui est honnêtement incontournable. Les attractions sont excellentes, je regrette que big thunder mountain soit en panne très souvent et que des attractions soit fermées pendant un long moment. Manque également la localisation des toilettes pour un séjour au parc. Je pense que ce point là beaucoup de personnes ne vont pas être d’accord je comprends pas pourquoi crush coaster est populaire. Disney reste incontournable !
Impossible d’obtenir une facture
On cherche partout sur l’appli et sur le site mais impossible d’avoir une facture après un séjour. Impossible également d’avoir un conseiller à part pour réserver … forcément.
