I don't understand why you don't reply and you can't get a refund. You have to reply right away. The service is really the worst 😡

It’s impossible to write down password when u try to reset pass, cos it opens in browser and u have to close tab where u have to put numbers xD but even when u got it from other device if u lucky enough and u have one u won’t be able to login due to unrecognizable reason . Also it wasn’t delivered to platforms which discribed on the web. And lyric sync also doesn’t work. I tryed to make one more time from phone but there is no sound when u have to sync it looooooool

Really, this is a scammer, only want your money You couldn’t do anything, all they asking is your account information. Hate it

The yearly fee is cheap, it takes fast to distribute all your content, and overall, a good service!

I’ve been using dk for a few years and had no issues but as of recently theyve made a few changes. For some strange reason both my distrokid accounts have had issues with withdrawals. Any other time I had an issue someone responded quickly but when it comes down to getting the money they owe you they flagged both my accounts for “suspicious activity” for no reason, both accounts had payment methods with my name attached to it like usual and it was just flagged for no reason. When i contacted support it took almost 2 weeks for them to reply then once they replied they told me it was fixed and I tried again and it really wasnt fixed. I emailed them again and waited close to another 2 weeks for another simple reply. The wait times you have to wait when it comes to getting your money is ridiculous and they dont give any other options to contact them only email and they take forever to reply only when it comes to getting the money you are owed.

I have tried upload an album and ep for ages through this app and they keep posting it on different accounts same name. I have it as BlvkJlaw and they create a duplicate account with the same name, and put it on there, instead of my actual page. They have ruined my process and I am thinking of switching distributors.
