Ich habe mich auf meinem alten Handy angemeldet und das Passwort nicht gespeichert. Um das Passwort zurückzusetzen muss man eine E-Mail öffnen , welch auf Chinesisch ist, um danach auf eine Chinesische Webseite umgeleitet zu werden. J’ai eu le même problème que d’autres personnes, c’est à dire plus rien ne fonctionne ni le bluetooth. Un conseil, allez sur le site dji.com s’enregistrer . Ne pas le faire sur Dji GO car il renvoie tout en chinois. Installer l’application et sélectionner votre modèle. Beschriftung auf dem Display extrem klein und schwer zu lesen! Leider werden Smartphones mit Mehrfachoptik (hier iPhone X) mit der Osmo mobile 2 immer noch nicht unterstützt.
