App is fantastic when it works
It really is a great app. I have tried at least 8 drum apps so far and nothing comes close to DM1.
Works great, incredible array of drums and other instruments, both acoustic and electronic. What's even better is that you can use it to create a beat, leave it playing in the background, fire up the "Figure" app and play them together!
Great app, great price, lots of sounds which recreate the old synths
Hi there, Finger Lab. I hope all is well with you. Just to let you know, I'm a happy owner of the iPad and an iPhone DM-1 drum machine. I was wondering if it would be possible to use any of the existing factory pads for the iPad version or possibly the iPhone in the future. For instance, kick seems to contain a variety of kick samples. I would love to use all of the internal samples and combine from the library, not just kicks but all samples, also renaming the pads to something unique. I would also like to see more pads—instead of nine—twelve, and add flam or triplet effect for snares and hit hats. Other then that I use the app with all my rhythm programming that I might consider putting some tracks on YouTube , thank you for your application and keep up the support for this Gem 💎 Thank you Jesse
Add Best this is a toy. There’s no professional use for it has great sound though for a mobile app.

I love this app and have used it for many years. I have DM2 on my ipad and I am always wondering why they don’t bring it to iPhone!? Also, if it ever is brought to iPhone, I don’t want this version to be discontinued, I want both versions on my phone! I never use DM2 simply because I rarely have my iPad with me, but I ALWAYS have my phone. Please bring a version of DM2 to the iPhone! <3
I am presciently embarrassed by the almost certain ease of the solution to my problem. First, this app is nothing short of spectacular. A clever operator could work an entire live (PA) performance with DM-1 alone and it is ENDLESS fun in creation-mode in your environment of choice. If you are as obsessed with drum machines as I am or just like an effective sketch pad, pick this immediately. My problem is that I MOSTLY USE the iPhone version of DM-1. I never noticed before today, I CANNOT LOCATE TEMPO CONTROL. The experience is akin to thinking you might have seen something supernatural; I can’t get my head around it. So again, I am preemptively embarrassed by how stupidly easy this answer will be.
Please make the update to resize this app 🙏🙏🙏. It’s literally the best drum app out there, without question.
