## Doccle Description
Doccle is your digital administration assistant. You receive all your important documents from
different companies together on this platform. You can easily pay, sign or share the
documents. You can also upload your own documents. Everything is stored securely for as
long as you want. Moreover, Doccle is free for you as a user.
Create your personal Doccle account and add the companies whose documents you want to
receive digitally. This way, your administration is always in order and you have more time for
fun things!
This app includes the following functionalities:

* Receive, manage and store documents from different companies together.
* Notification every time a new document is available to you
* Permanent access to all your important documents
* Documents are kept as long as you want them to be
* Easy and secure payment of invoices via your trusted bank
* Payment reminder when the due date approaches
* Sign documents legally
* Add important documents yourself (upload from your mail, cloud or internal storage,...)
* Document scanning (OCR & aligned, without background) with automatic preservation

Factuur van IVAREM via Doccle ontvangen en als ik later wil betalen, moet ik eerst aangeven of ik akkoord ben om geen papieren factuur meer wil hebben en mijn mail adres ingeven. Maar ik krijg geen papieren factuur ! IVAREM loopt al va Doccle.

Tevreden over de app. Maar niet alle bedrijven gebruiken deze app optimaal. Zo heb ik de CM verplicht terug brieven en e-mail te sturen. Ik kreeg zoveel onnodige info dat een belangrijke brief niet werd opgemerkt. Wat mij veel geld heeft gekost. Voor facturen is deze app een veilige oplossing.

Er wordt een QR code gegeven op uw smartphone en vervolgens, na weer een aantal stappen, gevraagd die te scannen … met diezelfde gsm. Camera gaat open, QR is weg en je ziet je knieën. Hmmm!!??
