The Dr i met in this app is NOT MMC REGISTETED ! I m a government servant so my boss will check on the validity of the MC ! Then my boss found out that the dr is not registered in MMC anymore so she is not a licensed dr ! She have no right to give MC . So end up my MC is not approved and i got punished due to this reason! Even thought the dr is registered but the digital mc that they giv hav no clinic chop , dr chop and sign ! So the mc still consider questionable! Dun trust on this app , the MC has no guarantee. This app is totally a scam !

I already told doctor that I want to get the medicine and a mc for Tmr, the doctor say this is impossible??? Impossible to get MC for tmr?? I already buy the medicine why I can’t get the MC ???? The doctor just say if I want the MC for Tmr, please go out for the clinic. Excuse me?? I already told u that I’m not feeling well, no one is home and I don’t have vehicle why u wanna want to force me go out??? Please tell me what is the purpose of this apps??? The doctor just telling me that “I can use grab to go clinic”. Again, what is the purpose of this doctor anywhere?????? This is really NOT helpful, WORST service!!!!! I am very2 upset at some doctor's attitude, i used this app to ease my life from going to clinic (knowing that time i was very weak & sick) so i can cut the chase and get a quick consultation. After some time using this app, i attended to this one particular doctor who i found was very rude and unprofessional! the first thing she said when she got in a call with me was about MC, she didnt even asked about my condition AT ALL. Ok, i understand you doctors have the MC SOP but do the Dr in this app thinks that all patient purposely use this just want to get the MC? 

She even said that most company rejected their MC bcs they cant verified it but hello idc abt that?? i feel like i paid RM22 for NOTHING, just this Dr arguing about MC and not even willing to listen to my sickness that i was having or give me some sort of tips/treatments. 

This will be the last time i use this app. I rather go to clinic physically than having a rude Dr expecting people that use this app just to get an MC, instead of doing their actual job.
