DOFY - Sell old phones

I have placed my order to sell my laptop 5 days before and it's auto rescheduling daily when I contact customer care there is no response and they won't reply to complaints and calls. Most of the reviews are also fake even my friends have been through same it's better to sell in cashify or offline stores instead of trusting this app.

This is very disappointing ..They are not buying the product that what price they estimated in Dofy app.. technicians are negotiating very low price individuallly and they cancel the order.. Worst trade portal!!
