Try many times but cannot even login. Try to signup new account also cannot. What is the use of this app if cannot use

Cant even login using gmail or sign up a new email

Does Domino’s even know they have the worst online app in the world. How can an established company who was first in the world created online food service, can have the worst app in the world? It keeps in crashing, menu won’t load, can’t add anything to cart. Geezz… As someone established globally, can’t you even fixed a nice, decent app?

I have make payment but this app do not show my order record .. i m unable to know my order successful or not

Nak masuk alamat tak boleh. Pilih based location pun x masuk.

there is no way for me to track my order once I switch to other task and switch it back again.

Terrible experience! I paid through the app QR code and the payment was successful but my order did not show on the app and I didn’t receive it! I tried calling their number and emailing support but no response from either!

Everytime im using this to make an order, it will crashed down when i want to make payment. Its 2024 everything cashless nowadays, theres a reason why people order online instead of walk in and pay cash. This app very lousy. Then when i order through phone call, they ask me to come and pick up. Whats the purpose of order it online and delivery. Lousy

Forcing download this apps before developer of this apps testing. This app no tracking record, no history order record. I order once and I never want to use this app to order again. Call customer service and pass the phone to outlet but no people pick up! How do I track my order?? I really give a bad review and a very bad impression for domino.
