Why does the app not load when you use data, it only loads when you're using wifi

Oh boy, watch out your completion rate! If it falls below 100%, DoorDash’s hateful algorithm will cancel you completely. Three months after cancelling a job after accepting it because of excessive waiting at a merchant, I haven’t received a single job from this app. It’s pretty sad how they’re building their drivers’ pool for the long term. It was good while it lasted, though!

This is a worst app, always the app get blank page and can’t do anything, I need uninstall and install all time , really bad experience

It does not provide any boost/compensation for the order that takes longer than expected to deliver that is caused by unforeseeable events, but also saying I am violating the platforms contract. The online support does not provide any help but keep saying they will do better in the future. It’s totally rubbish.

You’re advertising everywhere for DoorDash drivers yet not even investing in improving your software so that it actually works. I haven’t even been able to do a single delivery because your silly app keeps saying “We are required to verify your address and SSN…” but then asks for our drivers license or passport, which obviously don’t have those details in it. Needless to say, I’m then repeatedly told “The information on the last document you submitted, did not match the information on the account”. You’re letting yourselves down with this appalling app. For a start, in NZ we do not have SSN’s and if you need our address, at least ask for the right documents. Ridiculous.

Waited too long after documents submitted..no update’s even after many many calls to support finally delete this app ..total waste of time

App won’t let me change any information, won’t let me upload my account number , can’t add emergency contacts can’t even change phone region number to my country, just stuck on the USA. I have tried all of the tips the trouble shooting help gives you in the app, even deleted the app and redownloaded it, and it just forces me back to redoing my background check which i have already waited a week to be completed. I was really looking forward to trying this out but it is so glitchy that I’m scared to do any deliveries thinking the app is going to have a meltdown and waste my time and gas. Please fix all the bugs and glitches

Not compatible with my iPhone 7plus. Please fix it.

This new update is pissing me off, it keeps asking me to check if my credentials are correct😩😩 please fix this damn app and updated again. i cant dash today all because i cant login😒
